THE RAPID RESPONSE CENTER
You get what you want when you need it!
Iten’s Rapid Response Center is a stocking facility whose mission is rapid order fulfillment. Customer’s needing 500# or less of sheets or blocks may have orders shipped from our Midwest facility within 24 hours, reducing carrying costs and allowing quick response to your customers.
Inventory is replenished on a weekly basis, giving you the materials needed when you need them. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, and many, if received by 11:00 AM, will ship the same day.
One of our customers ordering 50 to 100 items a week has enjoyed a 99.9% quality and delivery rating for over 20 years.
As a registered ISO certified company, we continue to work to maintain our level of understanding and achieving our customers expectations in everything we do. The majority of the Iten materials stocked at our Rapid Response Center are NEMA certified and UL recognized.
