Iten's Machined Parts department offers more than 45 years of experience machining parts from our own high pressure laminates, vulcanized fibre, glass polyester sheets, mica, pultrusions and other thermoplastic and thermoset materials. Plus, we can machine most non-metalic materials.
  • Iten maintains a variety of single and multiple spindle CNC machines with close tolerances to 63" x 181" part size capabilities.

  • Materials up to 2" thick can be sanded to tolerances of +/- .008" for full sheets and +/- .002" for cut-to-size blocks.
  • Iten responds to urgent new part orders with short turn-around times.
  • Iten's flexibility allows for custom raw materials, KANBAN, and finished parts inventory programs.
  • SPC data, charts and control plans are submitted upon request.
  • Raw material traceability is incorporated into Iten Industries' machined parts processed.
