Iten's Punched Parts department offers more than 76 years of experience in stamping, die cutting, and punching plastic parts from films up to 1/2" thick and press capacities up to 100 tons.

Parts are punched from Iten's own U.L.® listed Nema Grade materials and other thermoplastic and thermoset materials. Paper Phenolics, Glass Polyesters, Glass Epoxies, Vulcanized Fibre, Polethylene, PVC, Polypropylene, Nylon, Kapton®, Nomex®, and Formex are typical of the many materials processed by Iten. In fact, we can punch most any non-metallics. Iten Industries manages raw material, KANBAN, and other parts inventory programs. Quality and productivity are optimized with Iten built punching dies. Iten offers secondary Operations such as post-baking, post-forming, special packaging, washing, silk-screening, and coating. Iten meets customer lot batch traceability and certificate-of-compliance requirements. Iten punches prototype, short runs, and high volume orders with multiple shipments. Iten can CNC punch parts of all sizes. Iten exports punched parts worldwide. Iten offers value added engineering services for material and part design.
