We process both thermoplastic and thermoset polymers, thus we can offer fair evaluations in helping you choose which material would be best suited for your product. Iten has been able to assist customers in material searches for the polymer that has the mechanical, thermal and electrical properties to match their needs at the lowest cost.

We offer state of the art injection molding equipment with process controls utilizing closed loop feedback systems. Our capabilities include standard horizontal injection molding, injection compression molding, compression and transfer molding and extrusion. Deflashing equipment is utilized to clean thermoset molded products. Value added operations such as assembly, hot stamping, etc. are available.

Our in house mold design and build capabilities offers convenience and provides you with the peace of mind of having a single source for tooling and molded product. Automation design and build services are also available.

Iten Industries has been injection molding since the mid 1960’s and continues to serve customers who placed parts with us at that time. By practicing continuous improvement, we have been able to meet customer’s demands for lower costs while achieving higher levels of product reliability.

Iten Industries’ presses match your needs, and we recognize that our customers depend on timeliness. Therefore, we operate on a twenty-four hour schedule in both thermoset and thermoplastic molding. Press sizes range from 40 to 500 tons (0.5 to 60-ounce shot size). The presses are housed in a 100,000 square foot area with room for expansion as the need arises. Our up-to-date equipment is well maintained, and that helps to give us dependability in demanding situations.
