Some of the Quality Assurance services that are routinely performed at Iten include ISIR, PPAP and PSW submissions, Tensile and Compression testing, Izod Impact tests, Infrared (IR) Scans of materials, post bake capabilities, blister and break testing, gauge R&R studies,

IM&TE Calibration Control, Control Plans, FMEA, DOE, SPC and more.

Some of the Quality measuring and test equipment utilized is multiple video measurement systems, CMM, multiple optical comparators, spectrum analyzer, various Compressive/tensile testers, Humidity chamber, multiple air circulating ovens, impact testers, Rockwell tester, Barcol hardness testers, Calipers, Micrometers, height gages and a full assortment of various hand measuring devices.
