Fabrication Stock Preparation is part of Iten's Ashtabula, Ohio fabrication department and Iten's Addison, Illinois (Chicago) distribution center.

• Sawed blocks can be cut to length and/or width with tolerances of +/- .010".
• Vulcanized Fibre and Rag Paper can be slit to width tolerances of +/- .010".
• Iten makes and slits epoxy pre-preg.
• Iten can slit coils to 48" wide and 36" in diameter.
• Iten slits, saws, and shears strips from our own laminates, glass polyesters, vulcanized fibre, and other thermoplastics and thermoset materials.
• Iten is able to convert any non-metallics CNC saws for holding tight tolerances, and we can cut in thicknesses up to 4.0", with sheet sizes to 50" x 100".
