    Manage Iten's business in such a manner that we can provide secure employment for our employees, by:

  • Retaining employees in the event of a business slow down, if possible. However, this is not always possible, particularly when restructuring is required to maintain competitiveness and the health of the company when business conditions change.
  • Retaining employees who have acceptable performance records that are in positions no longer needed, making every effort to try to provide suitable jobs in other areas.
    Strive for excellence by maintaining a high level of efficiency within Iten, by:

  • Establishing and communicating clear standards for good job performance.
  • Ensuring that the performance of all employees meets required levels by giving appropriate recognition to employees when performance is good, and by coaching employees when performance is below company standards. In cases where performance continues below required levels after coaching, disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including, termination.

  • Maintain close and effective business relations with customers to ensure that Iten's products achieve their expectations.
