RESITEN® G7 LAMINATES

High-Temperature Electrical Insulation. Made in the USA.

When electrical insulation must perform under sustained heat, Resiten® G7 silicone-glass laminates deliver dependable dielectric strength and long-term thermal stability.

Manufactured in Ashtabula, Ohio, ITEN’s G7 laminates provide the highest temperature resistance of any NEMA-grade laminate — backed by fully domestic, vertically integrated production.

Withstands temperatures exceeding 465°F.

NEMA G7 | MIL-I-24768/17 (GSG) Compliant.

What Is Resiten® G7?

Resiten® G7 is a silicone resin bonded fiberglass laminate engineered for electrical and electronic insulation applications operating in sustained high-temperature environments.

Constructed from fibrous glass reinforcement with silicone polymer resin, G7 is specifically designed to maintain dielectric performance, dimensional stability, and electrical consistency where other materials begin to degrade

Unlike lower-temperature laminate grades, G7 retains material properties after extended heat exposure — making it ideal for demanding dry electrical applications.

Why Choose G7 Laminates?

Built for Sustained Heat

Resiten® G7 withstands temperatures exceeding 465°F — the highest temperature resistance of any NEMA-grade laminate.

When insulation must maintain electrical properties after long durations of heat exposure, G7 provides a stable, long-term solution.

Reliable Dielectric Performance

  • High dielectric strength
  • Excellent permittivity
  • Low dissipation factor
  • Consistent electrical properties over time

Dimensional Stability Under Stress

Glass-based silicone construction provides structural stability in demanding electrical environments.

Ideal For Dry Electrical Applications

G7 is recommended for dry electrical applications where flame resistance is not required.
